New ActionCOACH franchise partners complete a 4-week pre-training programme prior to attending their 10-day training at the ActionCOACH global head office in Las Vegas, USA. This is followed by a focused 12-week kickstart programme to get their business up and running as quickly as possible. Ongoing support includes individualised coaching, peer coaching, group and team workshops, weekly local webinars and a range of international webinars as well as local, regional and international conferences.

To assist in lead generation, franchise partners have access to the sizeable ActionCOACH marketing material database and a dedicated, highly successful 13-step sales process. This gives franchise partners the means to select marketing methods that speak to their abilities and preferences, while also taking into account their local target market.

The ActionCOACH candidate selection process is discerning and inclined towards applicants with an educational background and past business or managerial experience. The application process includes in-depth interviews, personality assessments and reference checks.
