Maxi’s heating up Forest Hill community

Food lovers in Forest Hills are celebrating the fact that Maxi’s will soon be opening up in Forrest Hill City Mall.

There are people who live for the challenge of setting goals and working tirelessly to meet them. Phuti Ntlhane is that kind of person. The ambitious Centurion entrepreneur has set himself the task of opening five new restaurants in five years.

Ntlhane has always been loyal to the brand and wondered what it would be like to own his own Maxi’s franchise. The thrill of a new challenge and his entrepreneurial spirit was what eventually drove this young man to become his own boss. “I am a person for new things, I love things that challenge me mentally and physically and for me, opening a Maxi’s Forest Hill was the best decision that I could have made to date.”

Having recently completed his LLB Degree, Ntlhane knows all there is to know about long hours, hard work and dedication. He believes that the key to running a successful franchise is to take on anything and everything head on and most importantly, to have good time management skills which he says he acquired during his years of studying.

Bronwyn Oliveira, brand manager of Maxi’s, the franchisor of a nationwide chain of family restaurants states that the brand has high hopes for Ntlhane. “It is not often that you come across such a determined young man, Phuti has already shown us that he is ready for anything. His will to learn and to be the best is what will drive him and his store to the very top.”

Another contributing factor to his success will be Ntlhanes’ commitment to being hands on in terms of managing his restaurant and inspiring his employees to be the best that they can be. “The success of my restaurant will be determined by the success of my management skills. I need to continuously provide staff incentives and remind my team that I can’t succeed by myself, I can only succeed with them as they are a major contributing factor to my business. I look forward to this journey with the brand and I look forward to opening many more restaurants.”

Ntlhane lives by the philosophy of, “Try and fail, but never fail to try.” As for now, Phuti Ntlhane is excited to show the community of Forest Hills that Maxi’s is more than just a meal, it is a food experience!

If you can relate to this ethos, have the passion to reach the highest echelons of success in the franchise industry, and desire to own a business with a proven recipe for financial success, then Maxi’s is the company for you.
