Aimed at satisfying the growing demand for a premium real estate service in the area, the new signature shop’s doors is now open to the public.

“The current property market in Blouberg consists of 16.65% sectional-title units, 45.42% freehold homes and 37.93% estates. Of the recent buyers in the area, 43.64% - which is by far the majority - have been between the ages of 50 and 64 years old, while the largest percentage of sellers are between the ages of 36 and 49 years old. The current average valuation of a freehold home in the area has been approximately R2,5 million and can reach a substantial pricing of over R10 million” added Sandi Green.
