Bimbo's welcomes Milos Mazalek
As General Manager, Milos is responsible for the overall leadership of the Bimbo’s brand and staff. Milos will lead our efforts amongst others in these areas:
- Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
- Overall strategy and execution of plans for Bimbo’s.
- Managing launch campaigns for new products and promotions.
- Managing marketing staff and external PR agencies.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
- Ensuring operational and brand standards is implemented and maintained across all outlets.
- Development of a new business to penetrate new markets
- Recruiting new franchisees
- Revamping of existing stores to the new concept
- Forecasting of stock levels at supplier level
