Maister (a bridge Wealth product) announced as the SA Franchise Warehouse 2011 Business Opportunity of the Year
1 March 2012
bridge Wealth, a division of the bridge group founded in 1994, was established to take advantage of the lucrative profits generated in the R43 billion per annum South African short term loans market.
The bridge group consists of 11 companies, including the 175+ SA MultiLoans branches. The bridge group head office is situated in Lynnwood Glen, Pretoria, from where they run their R150million-per-month-turnover companies.
Due to major success in 2011 and tremendous expansion plans for this year, the group has undergone a complete revamp on 1 March 2012.The loans division consolidated into one and rebranded under the name of bridge.
Therefore, Oneserv rebranded to bridge Wealth , and the well-known Money Masters business opportunity rebranded to Maister.
This rebranding allows the companies to streamline their marketing campaigns and operate the loans divisions uniformly.
With the Maister business opportunity, bridge Wealth invites entrepreneurs to become credit providers in the short-term loans industry. For a minimum capital input of R1 000 000 the Maister business owners earn 19% on their capital.
With 186 business owners registering last year and the business opportunity not requiring any office premise, equipment, staff, marketing, skills or experience (with absolute minimal risk and less than an hour per day business involvement), Maister has been voted the best business opportunity in 2011.
SA Franchise Warehouse CEO and former chairman of the Franchise Association of South Africa (FASA), Kobus Oosthuizen, congratulates the bridge Wealth team on their success.
“Being involved with bridge Wealth and contributing to their incredible growth throughout 2011 has been a fascinating journey, which we are very proud of being associated with.”
Oosthuizen says that any brand that can boast over 200% growth and a 100% success rate in one year, deserves to be acknowledged. The fact that each individual that bought a business opportunity received their return on investment adds to this incredible achievement. He adds that it is also worth noting that of the 186 business opportunities sold, not one business changed hands, which also makes a powerful statement towards the credibility and service levels of the bridge Wealth team.
The bridge Marketing Director, Johan van Wyk, proudly acknowledges the SA Franchise Warehouse Award.
“bridge Wealth is extremely proud to receive the SA Franchise Warehouse 2011 Business Opportunity of the Year award and we have enjoyed partnering with an organisation that has contributed to the success of our brand. We look forward to seeing the partnership continue for years to come.”
Van Wyk has the following to say about Maister.
“The reason for the success of the Maister product is much bigger than what it appears. It takes a lot of hard work, planning and time to establish an infrastructure capable of creating and sustaining this level of demand. We have become industry leaders in matching supply and demand in the loans industry.”
The official presentation of the award will be done at the rebranding event held on 16 March. Says Oosthuizen: “I look forward to acknowledging the efforts of bridge Wealth and presenting them with the SA Franchise Warehouse 2011 Business Opportunity of the Year award.”
